street noise soft pillows
The room size was acceptable for my needs during this stay.
My assigned room, a 'Standard Double Room', lacked proper sound insulation. Street noise was a CONSTANT disruption late into the night and early in the morning. the provided pillows were far too soft and offered little support. This resulted in poor sleep quality.

the room had plenty of space for clothes. the room size was nice.
the sound proofing was really POOR. i could not sleep until the bar across the street closed for the night.

this hotel has a REALLY great location. it is very close to the main attractions and is right in the center. the hotel is also in a super quiet alley, so noise was never a problem.

the staff were helpful and friendly. i stored my bags easily during the day, as i had a late flight. the team tried to help in every way they could, which i appreciated.

i found the staff super great (.). the location was very central. the beds were comfortable.
the noise from the street at night was quite loud. the lack of a door on the bathroom was a bit awkward. the pillows were not comfortable.

advantageous location convenient breakfast loud noise missing safe
The location was advantageous. It was easy to reach many attractions. Breakfast at the adjacent cafe proved quite convenient.
My room was quite noisy, mostly from the nearby restaurant. This persisted late into the night. There was no safe in the room for valuables , which I found inconvenient.

awful smell missing door
the room i had smelled strongly of sewage. i asked the receptionist to use bleach on the shower, toilet, and sink, but there wasnt a door on the bathroom. this meant the loo was always on view. it wasnt a good experience honestly, and the smell lingered the whole time.
